Premium Hanging Showcase System is a system we designed for shopping malls, hotel hall partitions, cafes, patisseries, stores and winter gardens.

It moves with hanging on the upper carrier construction and aluminum rails.
When the glasses are folded, since there are no profile rails etc. mechanisms on the ground, it eliminates the restrictions in the space, unwanted view and loss of space and offers spacious and modern environments.
Since it is a folding system thanks to its sliding wings, complete security can be achieved thanks to the 10 mm thick tempered glass in this system that provides complete integrity between interior and exterior spaces.
Premium Hanging Showcase System was designed in WINPERAX R&D, considering customer satisfaction, quality and easy installation. Profile design and registration are patented by TPE.

PREMIUM HANGING SHOWCASE SYSTEM TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1) Since there will be no aluminum rail at the bottom in the Premium Hanging Showcase System system, the load of the glasses is given to the top and the glasses are drilled and supported with hard plastic pins. The reason for preferring hard plastic pins is that the risk of metal screws breaking the glass during folding of the glass is high.

2) When the glass is completely closed, since there is no rail at the bottom, the mechanism that needs to be fixed to the floor is designed to be hidden in terms of aesthetics.

3) Since the bearings used in the Premium Hanging Showcase System are vertical bearings, not horizontal bearings, they carry the weight of the glass more easily.

4) Wing widths can be used between 60-130 cm, and the height can be increased up to 400 cm. There are 8 bearings on each wing.

5) Aluminum wall thickness is 5.5 mm. The weight of the wing head of the system is 40-70 kg.

6) Hair wicks pressing on the side frame are preferred in the system. Thanks to this, insulation is provided. Since special apparatus is used on the upper rail during the rotation of the wings, there is a parking space that rotates easily without spending any effort. It can be used in the butterfly system in the same series.
7) In the butterfly system, since the carrier is from the center, it does not require any carrier iron construction on top or any work on the ceiling. 8) Insulation is provided with aluminum wicks used between two glasses.
