Folding awning system is a system produced for use in a wider area in winter gardens, hotels, restaurants, cafes and patisseries.

It does not rust, crack or malfunction regardless of the weather conditions. It does not damage the architectural appearance in outdoor areas.
Our folding awning products are produced from aluminum profiles. The system and the LED lights in the system are controlled by remote control. The LED lights are hidden inside the aluminum profiles. There is a groove system on the front of the product. In addition, during the assembly of the system, stainless steel connection bolts and parts are used, and the system is designed for completely trouble-free operation.
The operation of the system is provided by folding the awning on it at a certain speed and pulling it back. If desired, it can block the sun or benefit from the sun.
Folding Awning System is a completely safe, robust and waterproof system. The fabrics used have a blackout feature, are fireproof and are not affected by the sun.

FOLDING AWNING SYSTEM SIDE SERIES 150′ TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1) Rail awning system fabric is PVC based – Three-layer Black-Out fabric
2) Fabric total weight is 850/m2/kg. It maintains its properties between -30 °C/+70 °C. (DIN 53361)
3) Tensile strength is 32/28 da N
4) Fabric is waterproof, non-rotten, lightproof and flame retardant.
5) Fabric and wick joints are manufactured with HF high frequency 25 KW fully automatic welding machine.
6) The system is designed to withstand 15 cm snow load and 6 wind force on the Beaufort scale.
7) Motor remote control safe RTS technology works even behind reinforced concrete walls thanks to the antenna integrated into the long-range motor.
8) The system works with remote control radio signal. Modulation type AM 433–92 Mhz TGM approved frequency band and CE certified receiver-transmitter (synchronized) are used.

9) Each module consists of 3 carrier axes with mechanism. Carrier Rail axis profiles are honeycomb mesh 81x150x2.5mm in 6060 hydr Norway origin thermal 12 aluminum. (STANDARD RAIL)
10) Rain discharge Grooved front beam profiles are 150mm x 150mm x 2.5mm in cross-sectional dimensions 6060 hydr Norway origin thermal 12 aluminum.

11) Carrier foot profiles are 130mm x 90mm x 2.5mm in cross-sectional dimensions 6060 hydr Norway origin thermal 12 aluminum.

12) Hidden LED is used in aluminum cornices.
13) The rail awning system movement is provided by T10 timing belt (steel supported).

14) Electrostatic powder painting is applied.

15) Water and wind tight wicks are used on aluminum system and fabric joint surfaces.

16) T10 timing belt tensioner box has an easy-to-access opening cover suitable for adjustment.

17) Drop water tight water collection silicone elastic dust cover and channels are applied on the system channels on BLACK-OUT membrane.

18) When the system is in closed position, a 85 cm protection roof is made from trapezoidal sheet metal on the fabric collection area.

19) Metal construction is coated with electrostatic paint on galvanized.

20) Moving roof axles are 62×80 mm sections for the starting and locomotive, and intermediate axles are 62mmx45mm sections.

21) A pair of moving wheels are connected on each axle.
22) The system is designed for four-season conditions. The system sides are aluminum joinery and can be closed with a glass system.

23) The mechanism is guaranteed for 2 years, the remote control engine for 2 years, and the Black-out fabric for 2 years.

AWNING USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1) In rainy weather, the awning should be fully opened to the back or fully closed to the front. It should never be left halfway.

2) The remote control should be used by authorized personnel.

3) Since the awning engine is self-protected, it protects itself when it heats up. The engine continues to work after it cools down. Unnecessary use should be avoided.

4) Do not use chemical liquids during cleaning, use a damp cloth.

5) If the awning is stretched forward in snowfall, it should remain that way. Never collect it towards the back. The snow accumulated on the system should be cleaned without using the shortest cutting and piercing tools.
6) Use the awning electrical network separately. It is recommended to connect a regulator to the line coming from the network. Malfunctions that may occur due to high and low voltage are not covered by the warranty of electronic products.

7) Check the water gutter drain holes frequently. If they are clogged, water will not drain. After the awning assembly, no one other than the authorized person should intervene in the awning.
